The Next Big Chef 2023 Grand Finale is a popular annual culinary competition organized by UCSI University’s Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management (FHTM) was held on 30 September 2023 at UCSI University.
It attracted 17 secondary schools from Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, showcasing a total of 52 culinary talented participants to participant in this competition.
The main goal of this competition is to provide scholarships for secondary school students to pursue further education at UCSI University and cultivate the next star chef in the culinary world.
